Chris rated this product on 05/21/22 I purchased the 3 wood because i needed one and when I can hit it the club performs great I hit one off the deck for 240 yds I have a very hard time hitting my woods but when I do connect with this 3 wood it fly’s great and the sound is great also
Ryan rated this product on 03/01/22 I received the club in perfect condition. I have played two rounds of 18 holes with the 4 hybrid and 3 wood I recently purchased. I am very satisfied with the clubs. They have me hitting longer distances than my previous pair. I like the matte black look and color scheme and so far the paint has held up well with the normal wear of hitting a club. The pinemeadow grips are almost similar to the Lamkin crossline and I like that type of grip right now.
Tim Smale rated this product on 03/10/21 I purchased this in a 7 wood to replace longer irons that I can no longer hit well. The club is well constructed, and the performance was what I expected out of a 7 wood. The distance, accuracy, and feel were great with off center hits not giving up too much in distance or accuracy. I gave this a 3 rating as I'm concerned about durability in the club head. Today was my first day hitting it at my local driving range since receiving the club last week. I hit roughly 30 balls from both a tee and from the grass with the face surface showing wear already on a well maintained driving range. I am more than pleased with the club and price as it perfectly meets the need I purchased it for. My only concern is longevity of the club if it's showing this kind of wear on the hitting surface after only 30 balls. I really enjoyed the feel of this club and hope that it last otherwise the great price and appeal become a moot point.
Jon rated this product on 02/23/21 Very pleased with the club. It hits fantastic. I was actually looking for a 150-155 yd club, as I hit my current 3 wood too far (also a Pinemeadow product), and now I am hitting the new 5 wood too far as well, so I just ordered the same club in a 7 wood. Thanks. A very satisfied customer.
Phil Thomas rated this product on 11/05/20 I have been a satisfied Pinemeadow Golf customer for over 15 years, and have purchased several complete sets, as well as other specialty items - wedges, etc - over that time. About six weeks ago I purchased the ZR 3.0 Irons (5 iron - pitching wedge with True Temper firm flex steel shafts - minus 1/2") and have played them several times and absolutely love them! When I came home from playing my round with the irons the 1st day, I sat down at the computer and purchased the ZR 3.0 Driver, 3 wood and 7 wood.....not sure why I didn't purchase everything the same time - but I guess a small bit of restraint is not such a bad thing. Ordered these woods with the Pinemeadow Limited "firm" graphite shaft, also cut minus 1/2" - a fitting adjustment I had NEVER done before, but it seemed to work with the irons, so I just decided to do it that way. They arrived on time about a week ago, but a number of factors (crummy weather, being busy, etc) prevented me from being able to take the new woods out to hit until yesterday (11/4/2020). As usual, I began warming up hitting an assortment of irons. Once I was warm I reached for my (21 degree) 7 wood. I've never owned a 7 wood before and was really looking forward to hitting it....same 21 degree loft as various 3 irons I've owned, but a lot (a LOT) easier to hit. I took a few warm up swings and then put a ball down and began launching shots off the turf. Absolutely crushing it - about 215-225 yards. Once I wiped the smile off my face I switched to the 3 wood. Same great results with it off the deck, and just for fun hit the 3 wood off a tee a few times. Finally pulled the driver out with the same excellent results. Of course I am still getting acclimated to the clubs (really like the alignment markings on top of these) new (for me) shafts, etc and couldn't be happier. We're having a rare last glimpse of nice weather here in northwestern Pennsylvania and I have a round with friends scheduled for this Saturday morning. I am SO excited to be able to get out on a course with these at least once with these this season. All of which is to say this: These clubs are well made and an excellent value, in both price and performance. I have no doubt that name brand clubs perform more or less as advertised - IF you like a driver @ 400+ dollars, and 3 wood for 275.00, etc, etc. For my game and my ability, paying premium prices for new "brand name" clubs does not appeal to me. This way I have all the FUN of having brand new golf clubs, and the satisfaction of paying reasonable prices. I'll continue to tell all my friends. Thanks yet again Pinemeadow!!
